Conditions of sale

The following is our terms for Conditions of Sale.  Please read carefully.  All users of this site agree to the following conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Resale and use of Ridha Cosmétiques products are exclusively reserved to licenced professionals for which an official document will have to be provided at the account opening. The product category will be sold according to the professional’s field of expertise.

Ridha Cosmétiques reserves the rights to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.  If this situation occurs, you will receive a cancellation email or a phone call and a refund will be made.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If any of the products ordered become out of stock after the transaction has been concluded, we will contact you either by phone or email and the out-of-stock product will then be removed from the order and the price of that product will be refunded or a credit to your account will be made. Ridha Cosmétiques disclaims all liability in the event of a shortage of stock and for any damage resulting or caused by any delay in delivery.

PRICES AND SALES TAXES

No minimum purchase required.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAN$) and do not include taxes, they may also change without prior notice. You will be provided with the official amount of your order, including taxes, with the confirmation of your order placed by phone to our customer service department or on the Website.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

When placing orders, a client number must be provided to complete the transaction. We accept payments by Visa®, MasterCard® credit cards and for established accounts, e-transfer Interac, and direct deposit. No order will be released when a balance is overdue.

The products remain the property of Ridha Cosmétiques until full payment is received. By purchasing a product from Ridha Cosmétiques, you are agreeing to pay any and all charges associated with the purchased product(s). As soon as you physically take possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred on to you.

Allow 2 to 10 business days to receive your order. If your product requires more time due to its availability, we will inform you by phone or email of any delay.

Delivery is free for all regular shipments on orders over $400.00 (before taxes).

For orders below $400.00 (before taxes), shipping fees are as follows:

  • $15.00 for Québec and Ontario*
  • $20.00 for Maritimes and Western provinces*

*Additional shipping charges will be applied for orders exceeding 50 lbs (22.68 kg) in volume or weight, as well as in some isolated or rural areas.

 

 

TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

In the days following the completion of any transaction on the Website, we shall send you an order confirmation email including the order’s total price as well as the detailed terms and conditions applicable to the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction, without obligation to provide justification. If we cancel your transaction, a notice will be emailed to you at the address provided.

We also reserve the right to limit or refuse any orders which, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers or distributors. When we cancel a transaction, we usually do not charge the amount to your credit card. Otherwise, we shall refund the amount or issue a corresponding credit shall be applied on your credit card.

 CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Any claim must be made within the 3 days following reception of the merchandise. Returns on faulty merchandise are accepted only when previously approved with a customer support agent. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. A 50% fee will be charged for damaged boxes. No returns will be accepted after 1 month or due to a poor stock turnover.

ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE

Although we regularly check the product information on our website, display errors (price, description, etc.) may occur from time to time. Ridha Cosmétiques reserves the right to rectify these errors without being obliged to deliver the merchandise under the conditions displayed in error.

If such a situation arises, please rest assured that we will correct the wrong information as soon as possible and contact you if you have already ordered this item.
